Who Are Isles of Scilly Inclusive Holidays?
We are a Travel Agency based on Bryher, Isles of Scilly, that has been
established since 1983 and we act as Agent for all the hotels, guesthouses
and self-catering establishments shown on this web site and sold by us.
Are rates shown per person? What is included?
Rates shown on our website are per person, for 3 or 7 nights. The rates include travel, by air or by sea, transfers, insurance and accommodation and
meals where stated. The individual tariff is clearly stated on each
accommodation page.
Can I make a booking at short notice?
Bookings are made by telephone and can be made up until the time of arrival.
For last minute bookings please call our Advisors on 01720 423239.
Are my credit card details secure?
All payments are secure with on-line payments being made on a secure server
to encrypt and protect all information.
What credit cards do you accept for payment?
Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, Switch and JCB.
Do you accept international credit cards?
Yes, you can book with an international card as long as the card is in your
name and the address you provide is the same as your card billing address.
Can I pay by cheque or cash?
Yes, bookings can also be made with debit or credit card.
Your Personal Details?
No details will be passed on to anyone outside of Isles of Scilly Inclusive
Holidays and the accommodation, travel method you book. Please see our
privacy policy for further details.
Do I have to pay in full at the time of booking?
No. We provisionally book everything and put the information in the post to
you. You then have 10 days in which to confirm with payment (full payment if
travel is within 6 weeks or a deposit of 20% if the start date is in excess
of 6 weeks). Full payment would then be 30 days before the holiday commences
and we send all tickets out at that stage.
Do children receive discounts?
Child discounted rates are sometimes available when sharing with a minimum
of 2 full paying guests. These are subject to availability and will be
advised to you at the time of booking.
Can I make any special requests?
Special requests can be made but can not be guaranteed. Please advise of any
special requests at the time of booking and we will try our hardest to meet
these for you.
How will I know if my booking has been confirmed?
When making telephone bookings these are confirmed to you immediately once
your credit card payment has been processed. Once confirmed you will be sent
your booking confirmation along with credit card receipt and directions by
post.
What if the accommodation I have requested is not available?
If the hotel you have requested is not available no payment will be debited
from your card. We will always do our very best to find you an alternative
and will come back to you with these details. However you do not have to
book the alternative offered if you do not feel this is acceptable and no
payment will be taken.
Should I contact the accommodation to check my booking is confirmed?
No, no contact should be made with the hotel regarding your booking. Any
queries should be made direct with Isles of Scilly Inclusive Holidays.
Will my room be held if I am arriving late?
Your booking is guaranteed so yes it will still be available if you are a
late arrival.
Can I change my booking?
Amendments to your booking can be made. If your booking value is not
increasing you will be charged a £15 amendment fee. Please see terms and
conditions for full details.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

What are Isles of Scilly Inclusive Holidays' opening hours?
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm,
Saturday 9am - 3pm.

Scilly Inclusive Holidays terms and conditions, or if you were to not arrive
you may be charged up to the full amount of your break.
Can I make a booking if I am from outside of the UK?
Yes, we are happy to accept bookings from outside the UK. All rates will be
quoted to you and taken in Great British Pounds (£). Please make your
booking as normal.
Can I cancel or amend a booking request?
You can cancel or amend a booking request but you will be liable for
cancellation and amendment charges. For full details please refer to our
